Servicing & Repair

It’s important to look after your air conditioning units. Well-maintained air conditioning equipment will keep running at peak performance, saving you time and money in the long run. Maintaining your units regularly also ensures warranties are honoured.

Keeping your system clean is essential, so you and the people around you are breathing nice, cool and clean air. When systems aren’t cleaned regularly, the air flowing through doesn’t get filtered, and your system will begin to smell musky.

Signs your air conditioning unit may not be performing well:

– Unpleasant smells from the unit

– Not heating or cooling effectively

– Poor airflow

– Leaking water

Our team of service engineers will carry out full maintenance of your unit(s)

How often should you have your Air Conditioning serviced?

In Home Air Conditioning – 1 – 2 services per year

Commercial (eg. shops/offices) – 2 services per year minimum

Locations with high levels of airborne pollutants

(eg. Workshops, Server rooms, Hair Salons) – 3 services per year minimum

Why is my Air Conditioning unit running but not cooling?

If your air conditioner will turn on, and your thermostat is set properly,

but your system is not cooling you may have a dirty or blocked filter.
